Projects and Website Journal

Hello everyone! Welcome to my new website. I have spent months learning and gathering pictures to organize my new and (hopefully improved) website. I want to keep a continuous feed of my process notes and various art work updates here. I don't want to backtrack to ancient history but I want to start by talking a bit about some recent projects and show of some stuff that will create a good foundation for my future updates. 4/4/2026

Working Title "Cat Lady"

I have some progress pictures of my latest digital Illustration project. I just saw this in my head and had to make it a reality. A few more hours and it should be done. 4/10/2026

Sculpture Current Progress

Pure Power

I have had trouble sticking with a name for this guy but I have been calling him "Pure Power" (at least as a placeholder). While this particular version is probably as finished as it will ever be, I consider it more of a prototype than a fully finished piece.

Luminary stew

This is another prototype called Luminary stew. I have been brushing upon some sacred geometry and trying to let it influence me in this piece. I need to really dig in to it with my paint application now. I think I have committed to shapes and pattern.

Blood Worm Moon

I do consider this first version of Blood Worm Moon to be finished and I am happy with it. I just need to make 2-3 more and explore variations in colors. The reds in the faces are very subdued and I want to see what happens when I push it to a deep saturation.
